Dieter studied supply chain management at the Salford University Business School. Before joining TWS Partners, he worked in various strategic Procurement roles, optimising category strategies, sourcing projects and negotiation activities across various industries. Today, Dieter supports clients with highly effective strategic bilateral and multilateral negotiations strategies. Using his economic mindset and game-theoretic approaches he helps them to optimise their procurement activities by enabling supplier negotiation events, market making activities and contractual excellence. Dieter also leads TWS’ activities in The Netherlands.
