As a project manager, Tobi supports Procurement and Sales teams in negotiation strategy, from bilateral negotiations with monopolists to complex multilateral setups. He holds a Ph.D. in applied game theory and market design, and designs negotiation processes for clients on a daily basis. In his trainings he enjoys working with the participants’ own cases, so that every concept is tested against a situation they will face next week.
